I chose and currently use LoosEndz service for a variety of reasons. First of all, Alanna (President) is a very pleasant and friendly person to do business with. She emails me a monthly “clear-cut” invoice for each apartment, which helps me to keep my book-keeping well organized. Second of all, LoosEndz tries very hard to work up to my expectations.
